  • Our service department is staffed 24/7/365, with a member of our team available to receive calls from; repair desks, control centres, scheme managers, etc. The same contact telephone number is used during and outside office hours. Access to the S.E.A. portal allows contracted clients to view their service jobs in real-time.

  • Our dedicated PPM Coordinator is responsible for diarising, scheduling and arranging all PPM visits. Appointments are booked directly with the service user & / or their representative.

  • Our installation department is run independently of the service & maintenance department, ensuring that all contracts are met without one having an adverse effect on the other.

  • Manufacturer independence allows us to offer cost effective integrated solutions, meeting the client’s requirements and expectations. This free service includes; site surveys, marking up of drawings and written specifications.

  • Available for contracted customers, our in-house Tech Team offers free support across all of our products and services.

  • S.E.A. Limited provide installation, service & maintenance of emergency call systems and associated assisted living products. Integration with other systems such as domestic fire detection allows S.E.A. to offer both safety & security for the elderly and vulnerable whilst ensuring compliance to the latest British Standards.

    S.E.A. Limited is an Appello appointed Channel Partner and an accredited installer / maintainer of Legrand (Tynetec) emergency call systems. Our independence allows us to service and maintain a wide range of different manufacturers systems including Tunstall and Chubb.

  • S.E.A. Limited provide high quality installation, service & maintenance of wired and wireless nurse call systems along with associated auxiliary devices which assist with the day to day care of service users within the public and private care sectors.

Limited provide secure & flexible door entry / access control systems, from integrated solutions that release doors on fire alarm activation through to a one to one system for an individual dwelling. Cloud managed access control data bases enhance site security whilst simplifying fob management.

    Offering both wired and wireless solutions from multiple manufacturers, including; Neon, Entrotec, BPT, Videx, Comelit, Tynetec, KMS, Intratone, Urmet & Fermax. All systems are installed and maintained to the highest standard by S.E.A.’s industry trained engineers.

  • Interactive Digital Notice Boards supplied and installed by S.E.A. Limited are designed to make communicating with tenants faster, easier, and more inclusive. An efficient way to keep tenants informed they also reduce waste by removing the need for paper-based notices whilst doing away with the need for time-consuming site visits.

    Using wireless GSM technology, the Interactive Digital Notice Board is easy to install in shared hallways or indoor entranceways and its streamlined design and safety glass screen make it both durable and vandal-resistant.

  • S.E.A. Limited provides a wide range of CCTV systems suitable for residential and commercial premises. Solutions include on-site and off-site storage along with remote access options that allows staff to quickly download footage securely on demand.

  • S.E.A. Limited accredited door automation engineers install, service & maintain automated doors to BS EN 16005, ensuring that they are legally compliant to the Machine Directive and The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998.

  • The UK Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) is being switched off by 31 January 2027. All analogue-dependent systems, including warden call, telecare, and emergency alarms must migrate to digital (IP-based) alternatives.
