Design

customers don’t have to be technical experts – that is our job! Talk to us about your requirements and we can advise you about the correct system to meet your needs. Where budgets are limited we can assist with expandable systems that can be added to or lease rentals to avoid large initial outlay. Our surveyors will look at the big picture and work with you to specify a product that will meet your requirements.

Installation

S.E.A. Ltd’s specialist install team have developed working practices that allow us to replace a system with minimum disturbance to residents. For example, we would expect to complete a 40 way combined warden call and door entry installation on existing cable in 1 week with system down time of only 3 days. During that time we can offer pendant cover for vulnerable residents. Briefing residents and staff in advance allows us be up and running immediately we arrive on site. By Friday afternoon the system should be tested, commissioned and operators trained. Our follow up 30 day telephone support also gives new users the reassurance they need whilst familiarising themselves with the technology.

Service

During business hours our service desk is able to accept fault reports by phone, fax or email and schedule an engineer to call. In many cases they can also offer first line telephone support for operational difficulties too.

Out of hours, our on call emergency engineer will answer calls. They will be able to offer phone support, dial in diagnostics and out of hours visits if required. Our service department can offer 365/24/7 response.

Maintenance

Warden Call, nurse call and access control systems are designed to keep people safe and to do this they need to be in good working order – it’s no use finding that your back up batteries are flat when the power goes off!

S.E.A. Ltd is able to offer scheduled planned preventative maintenance at service intervals to suit you or within legislative periods. All visits are by appointment and carried out by qualified engineers.

Proximity System Management

Some of our social landlord customers have proximity systems over a wide area, both as stand alone on site systems and under PC control. S.E.A. Ltd can manage your systems either by working within a schedule of rates for individual token issue or by hosting and managing the complete system at our offices. Either way, we can offer you the expertise to keep your database in good order and your residents’ properties secure.
