A service maintenance & installation partnership contract covers both the warden call & door entry systems for sheltered housing & residential care properties, with S.E.A. Ltd dealing with all reported faults within 24 hours. 

 

 

The service maintenance contract for door entry & fob access systems covers a vast majority of the social housing stock within the borough with an emergency call out facility available if required. Fob management can be carried out either “on-site” or “remotely”.

 

Responsible for maintaining door entry systems throughout South East England, with “fob management” carried out “locally”. The current contract allows for a call out service if required.

 

A “reactive” & “planned” maintenance contract covers all the different manufactured types of nurse call systems found throughout the groups residential care homes in the South of England.

 

 

 

S.E.A. Ltd carry out the installation of warden call, door entry & access control systems for sheltered housing & social housing schemes. Warden call systems are covered under a “gold” 24/7 contract, whilst the majority of “fob management” is carried out by S.E.A. Ltd at our offices.
